TERMS & CONDITIONS

POLICIES

Please be aware by making an appointment you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. Sam Greenwood Aesthetics and Skin reserves the right to cancel, delay, shorten or change treatments where reasonably necessary because of the details below.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Sam Greenwood Aesthetics and Skin is a busy salon and so to avoid disappointment we ask that you book your treatments as soon as you are able.  Re-booking at each appointment, and especially at busy times of the year.  Appointments can be booked via the booking system. You can also contact us via Facebook and Instagram messenger.

 

We will send you an email/txt to confirm your booking at the time it is made.  Please check your appointment details and let us know as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

An appointment reminder will be sent out by text message and/or email 48 hours before your appointment, so you can change, confirm or cancel by telephoning us immediately. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please inform us straight away.  This enables us to allocate your appointment time to someone else.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive on-time for your appointment.  If you arrive early please be prepared to wait until your booked appointment time.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are running late for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals within 10 minutes of your appointment time by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining at the full price. In the case of some treatments however late arrival may mean that we unable to honour your booking.

Unfortunately, arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in your treatment being cancelled and full charges being made.  No more appointment will be booked until paid.

We recommend that you plan for your visit to Sam Greenwood Aesthetic and Skin and are happy to answer questions about how to get to us.  There is ample free, parking outside the salon.

CLEANLINESS

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is cleaned and sanitised and disinfected or sterilised after every service and treatment.

CHILDREN

No children are to attend your appointment with you due to the nature of work.

CANCELLATIONS AND “NO SHOWS”

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your booking, any cancellations with less than 48 hour’s notice may result in treatment fee charges up to and including 100% and no other bookings will be made until paid.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of 50% of your appointment value will be required to confirm your appointment. This can be done via the booking system or contacting me directly.

We do understand that life changes and sometimes you will need to cancel or change your booking.

 

By booking an appointment at Sam Greenwood Aesthetics and Skin, (whether in person, by phone, by text, messenger, email or online) you agree that you understand this policy in full and are legally liable for any costs incurred by not adhering to it.

CANCELLATIONS

If you do wish to cancel we ask for 48 hours notice by either using the booking system or contacting me directly.  If you call us outside of our normal salon hours please leave a message to include your name, time and date of the appointment you wish to cancel and your contact number.  Failure to leave a message will mean that your cancellation request will not be picked up and you will be charged in accordance with our policy below.

We reserve the right to charge you 50% of your total appointment value if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment – if this is the case your deposit will be forfeit.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of your total appointment value – if this is the case we will send you an invoice for the balance of your treatment value with a payment link.

RESCHEDULES

If you need to rebook your appointment, and you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. 

 

If you reschedule your appointment with less that 48 hours notice, the above charges may apply.

NO-SHOWS

If you do not turn up for your appointment (no-show) then we reserve the right to charge you the full value of all treatments booked – if this is the case we will send you an invoice with a payment link.

PAYMENT OF CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE FEES

We respectfully ask you to settle any invoice that you receive against these policies within 7 days. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in further action being taken to recover this debt and possible legal action being instigated through our 3rd party debt recovery agency.

Sam Greenwood Aesthetics and Skin are unable to take any further bookings until all outstanding charges have been settled.

 

As a small business these policies are important to us and have been put in place to protect us financially and allow us to continue offering our services at competitive rates.
